Ordering & Shipping
We process all orders within 2 business days. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, giving a total delivery time of 5–7 business days. EU orders take 7–14 business days to ship, so the total delivery time is 9–16 business days.
UK shipping is free on all orders of £10 or more. Orders below £10 are charged a flat rate of £2.99. EU shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select European Union countries. We are working on expanding our shipping regions — check back soon for updates.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email amd shortly after a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, weather disruptions, carrier issues, or customs processing for EU orders. We will communicate any known delays via our website or email.
We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked returns policy. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes. StepEasy insoles are designed to fit a wide range of shoe sizes and slot directly into your padel shoes for an immediate, comfortable fit.
Our manual ball pressuriser restores pressure to padel balls that have gone flat, extending their life and keeping them performing at their best. Simply place your balls inside, pump to pressure, and they are ready to use again.
