At WorldPadl (XtremeSocials Ltd), we want your order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and prepare it for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select countries within the European Union.
UNITED KINGDOM
Shipping Cost: Free on orders £10+ / £2.99 below £10
Shipping Time: 3–5 business days

EUROPE (EU)
Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout
Shipping Time: 7–14 business days
Total Delivery Time (inc. processing): 9–16 business days
Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. All times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at the details below.
EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders shipping to EU countries, please be aware of the following:
- Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch.
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- XtremeSocials Ltd (trading as WorldPadl) is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
We want you to be completely happy with your WorldPadl order. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, here's what to do:
- Contact us at info@worldpadl.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- For damaged items, please include a photo of the damage and the packaging.
We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate. We aim to resolve all issues within 3–5 business days of receiving your report.
POTENTIAL DELAYS
While we always do our best to meet delivery estimates, there are occasions when factors beyond our control may cause delays, including:
- High order volumes during peak periods (e.g., holidays and sale events).
- Severe weather conditions.
