OUR 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
At WorldPadl (XtremeSocials Ltd), your satisfaction is our priority. Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason — including after using the product — simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund, no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to all WorldPadl products, including StepEasy insoles and our manual ball pressuriser.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return under our 30-day guarantee, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return (optional — we ask only to help us improve). Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note: items sent back without first contacting us to initiate a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@worldpadl.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item and the packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
The quickest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a new order separately. This ensures you get what you need as fast as possible without waiting for a back-and-forth exchange process.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is being shipped to a European Union country, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Please note that WorldPadl's 30-day satisfaction guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum — EU customers benefit from the full 30-day period under our guarantee.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable goods
Sale items are eligible for return under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the same terms as full-price orders.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@worldpadl.com.
