RETURN POLICY
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be in original condition — unused or lightly tried on is fine.
Insoles
Insoles that have been trimmed can still be returned within 30 days if they are in good condition. We understand you need to trim to test the fit.
Elbow Sleeves
Sleeves can be returned after trying on. If you've used it in a match and it doesn't feel right, contact us — we'll work something out.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
HOW IT WORKS
Request a Return
Email: info@worldpadl.com with your order number. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Ship It Back
Pack the item in its original packaging (or any secure packaging) and drop it off at your nearest postal point.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.
